Natural Gallery replaced our old laminate countertops with new granite countertops. From our initial contact, the whole process took about three weeks (including a week when we were waiting for... read more the sink we ordered instead of one choosing of the provided options). Miss Chen promptly scheduled the template and installation, thoughtfully responded to my questions, and gave good advice. Their price is very reasonable. During the template, the technician was very knowledgeable and provided good recommendations since our kitchen has a more irregular shape. The installers were very professional and had the job done within 3 hours. Their project manager also came on site to make sure everything went smoothly. We have a smaller kitchen but for the largest portion, we still needed two pieces of fabrication. The two pieces don't completely match (one appears a little darker due to having more veins). Since we chose a natural stone, we understood that some variation is to be expected. However, the granite countertop fabrication cutting/transition is smooth and is not very noticeable. The overall experience from the store visit, the communication, and the installation is 5 stars. We are happy with the Natural Gallery Team's work.

There was a great variety of products to choose from, and we were able to visit the supplier’s warehouse to see the full-sized slab rather than just the sample. Natural Gallery also prepared multiple quotes for different products to help us decide what was best for our budget. Scheduling was easy and the lead time was much shorter than we anticipated. The installation was quick and looks fantastic! We are happy with our new counters and would recommend to others.
